Robin Thicke is out of chances saving his marriage, TMZ has reported that Paula Patton has filed for divorce. The actress is requesting for joint custody of their 4 year old son Julian.
The couple has been separated since the middle of February. The divorce was filled on October 3 in the Los Angeles County Superior Court. Paula cities the reason of the divorce as irreconcilable differences.
